A signature tea served exclusively at AMOY hotel at Far East Square. Memoirs of AMOY is inspired by the traditional brew introduced by early Chinese settlers, often served during festivities. This modernised blend brings together malty notes of Jin Jun Mei with Jiu Qu Hong Mei’s plum-like nuances, complemented with sprinkles of red dates and dried longan to bring out a warm fig-like sweetness common in Nanyang desserts.
