You may store all Pryce teas in ambient temperature, away from moisture and strong odours.
You may leave a note to us with your personalised gift message. Gift orders will not contain any payment information.
We do not use teabags that contain materials derived from petroleum. Our teas are housed in bio-friendly teabags of natural, biodegradable source. Furthermore, all our products are sent for periodic food safety assessments and are certified safe according to ISO 22000 standard.

Orders may not be cancelled for a refund once payment has been received.
We will include an order invoice in all parcels. However, you may leave a note to us to exclude payment information from your parcel. All parcels going overseas will require a commercial invoice for customs declaration.
You may tabulate the delivery or shipping charge in your shopping cart. Local delivery is free for orders above $50.00. Overseas shipping is subjected to respective weight and area rates offered by our courier partner.
Prices on prycetea.com are subjected to prevailing Goods & Services Tax (GST) in Singapore; including overseas sales.
Parcels going overseas are subjected to custom duties, taxes and fees payable by the recipient at the shipping destination. If you have doubts about import regulations at the shipping destination, we advise that you verify them with the relevant authorities before placing your order. Our online store will not be able to offer refunds should the parcel be rejected entry, confiscated, abandoned, destroyed or returned by the custom at the shipping destination.
Delivery timeframe for a local address is 3-5 business days. Shipping timeframe for an overseas address is 8-23 business days (subjected to custom clearance at the shipping destination). You will receive the tracking details for your parcel once it has been dispatched.
You may leave a note to us with your preferred date and time of collection at our office. Orders placed before 12:00 PM may be collected on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM may be collected on the next business day. Opening hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00 AM - 18:00 PM. Closed on public holidays.

For local delivery, your parcel will be returned to us after 2 unsuccessful delivery attempts. Please drop us a message at email@example.com with your tracking number to arrange for a redelivery or collection at our office. Additional redelivery fees will apply. Parcels which remain unclaimed for more than 1 month will be cleared. For overseas shipping, your parcel will be classified as abandoned at the shipping destination after repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts. Our online store will not be able to offer replacements or refunds in both cases.
