Pryce Tea is delighted to curate The Clan Hotel's festive cold brew recipe made with our seasonal edition tea: Winter Bloom from our Noël Collection. Fall into the whimsical realm of Winter Bloom, a brew that marries Peony White Tea with Winter Flowers, dazzled with layers of Japanese Shiso.

Steps to making the festive cold brew:

  1. Add 2 sachets of Winter Bloom into a 300ml bottle.
  2. Add 20ml of sugar syrup.
  3. Add 100ml of water.
  4. Allow the tea to infuse in the fridge for 6-8 hours.
  5. Top up the bottle with cranberry juice.
