Harvested around late April in Wuyi Huiyuan, this rock tea bush is cultivated on porous rocks to inherit rich flavours from fruits grown in the region. Unlike rock teas grown in the same region, this Spring flush Oolong tea infuses into bouquets of floral and fruits with moderate milky sweet flavours that lingers on the palate.
